Payment Method

In our B2B shop, we exclusively offer advance payment by bank transfer.

After completing your order, you will automatically receive an email with our bank details.
Please state your order number as well as the company name or first and last name as the payment reference.

Your order will be processed and approved after full payment has been received.

Shipping and Shipping Costs

Shipping is carried out using the following methods:

  • DHL parcel service

  • TTM GmbH – freight forwarding (spedition)

Shipping costs within Germany:

  • DHL parcel service: €7.99

  • Pallet shipping (freight forwarding): €59.00 plus VAT

Shipping costs abroad:
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order plus VAT and communicated to the buyer after the order has been placed.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
