Insertion

1. Take one lens out of the packaging

2. Place the lens on the index finger of your right hand and ensure the lens is facing the right way (curved outwards)

3. Hold your upper eyelid wide open with your left index and middle finger, while holding your lower lid open with your right middle finger

4. Place the lens on your eye

5. Repeat steps 1-4 with the other lens for the other eye

Removal

Look up and hold your lower eyelid down. Gently pinch the lens with your thumb and a finger, then lift it out.
