Insertion

1. Remove a lens from the packaging

2. Place the lens on the index finger of your right hand and ensure that the lens is oriented correctly (curved outwards)

3. Hold your upper eyelid wide open with your left index and middle finger, while holding the lower lid open with your right middle finger

4. Place the lens on your eye

5. Repeat steps 1-4 with the other lens for the other eye

Removal

Look up and pull down your lower eyelid. Gently pinch the lens with your thumb and a finger, then lift it out.

Safety Instructions

Please consult your ophthalmologist about potential risks and side effects, as well as for initial use, handling, care, hygiene, and wearing duration of contact lenses. On the first day, do not wear the contact lenses for more than 4 hours. You can extend the wearing time by 2 hours daily, but you should never wear them for longer than 10 hours at a time.
