Insertion

1. Remove one lens from the packaging

2. Place the lens on the index finger of your right hand and ensure the lens is the right way up (curving outwards)

3. Hold your upper eyelid wide open with your left index and middle finger, while holding your lower lid open with your right middle finger

4. Place the lens on your eye

5. Repeat steps 1–4 with the other lens for the other eye

Removal

Look up and hold your lower eyelid down. Gently squeeze the lens with your thumb and a finger, then lift it out.

Safety Instructions

Please consult your ophthalmologist about possible risks and side effects, as well as for initial use, handling, care, hygiene requirements, and wearing duration of contact lenses. Do not wear the contact lenses for more than 4 hours on the first day. You can extend the wearing time by 2 hours daily, but you should never wear them for longer than 10 hours at a time.
