Insertion

1. Remove one lens from the packaging

2. Place the lens on the index finger of your right hand and make sure the lens is facing the right way (curved outwards)

3. Hold your upper eyelid wide open with your left index and middle fingers, while holding your lower lid open with your right middle finger

4. Place the lens on your eye

5. Repeat steps 1–4 with the other lens for the other eye

Removal

Look up and hold your lower eyelid down. Gently pinch the lens with your thumb and a finger, then lift it out.

Please consult your ophthalmologist regarding possible risks and side effects, as well as for initial use, handling, care, hygiene, and wearing duration of contact lenses. Do not wear contact lenses for longer than 4 hours on the first day. You can extend the wearing time by 2 hours daily, but you should never wear them for longer than 10 hours at a time.
