Insertion

1. Take one lens out of the packaging

2. Place the lens on the index finger of your right hand and make sure the lens is facing the right way (curved outwards)

3. Hold your upper eyelid wide open with your left index and middle finger, while holding your lower lid open with your right middle finger

4. Place the lens on your eye

5. Repeat steps 1-4 with the other lens for the other eye

Removal

Look upwards and pull your lower eyelid down. Gently pinch the lens with your thumb and one finger, then lift it out.

Safety instructions

Please consult your ophthalmologist about possible risks and side effects, as well as for initial use, handling, care, hygiene requirements and wearing time of contact lenses. Do not wear the contact lenses for longer than 4 hours on the first day. You can extend the wearing time by 2 hours daily, but you should never wear them for longer than 10 hours at a time.
